This includes the use of SSL encryption of web traffic between you the customer and our website.

If you discover that we hold inaccurate information about you, you can request us to correct that information and Wallvibe.net would very much encourage you to do so. Advertising

We reserve the right at all times to place advertisements and promotions on the website. Advertisers and sponsors on the Website are solely responsible for complying with all local, national, state and international laws (where relevant) and we exclude all liability howsoever caused therefrom.

Use of Promotional Codes

Promotional codes which allow the customer a discount to particular products only applies to products which are sold at full price (exclusions apply). Any products that are already discounted cannot be discounted any further with promotional codes or otherwise. Only one promotional code/voucher can be applied to an order.

Price of Goods

The price listed on the Website (the ‘Price’) for Wallvibe.net products (the “Products”) will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the Website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price from time to time to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price for the products on the Website are wrong. We are also entitled to make adjustments to the price of Products during sale time and roll out promotions on Products without notice.

Please note, prices relating to products saved to customer Wishlists are subject to change in line with current RRP at time of purchase through checkout journey.

Orders

All orders that you place on the Website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. We do not file details of your order for you to access so please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own record.

Orders cannot be cancelled once order is placed and payment processed.

Delivery

We will endeavor to deliver the products to you within the lead-time shown for each product at the time of purchase, to your stated delivery address, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 28 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a written note to advise that a delivery has been attempted.

Claims

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product up to 7 working days after your order has been delivered, as per the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001.

We are unable to cancel an order once you have received your confirmation email. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, we will refund the original purchase price (excluding delivery charges) provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and not used them.

If any Product is damaged or faulty upon receipt/delivery please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We operate a strict notification policy of damages or faults to products. Notifications must be made within 24 hours post signed delivery. Notification can be made by email to [email protected] which is monitored 8.30am to 5.00pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. Our offices are closed every Saturday, Sunday and all Irish Public Holidays.

No claims will be processed or credit provided until the returned items are received at our Online Store – Mastar General Ltd, Online Returns Department, Suite 31 The Pottery, Bakers Point, Pottery Road, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin, Ireland. The items remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Accordance with Specification

All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products. All measurements are approximate.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The information contained in the Website is for information purposes only and, although we have made every effort to ensure the correctness of the information contained herein, the information available through the Website is provided “as is” and “as available” and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied (including without limitation, the accuracy, completeness or merchantability, quality or fitness for any particular purpose).
